Lukema
Lukema is found in the Studentia-building, right in the centre of the campus. Lukema is a living room for all university students; there are computers, board games, TV, etc. You're welcome to hang out at Lukema whenever the doors are open: Mon-Thu 9-16, Fri 9-12.
Renting Lukema
Lukema reservations can be made at the SU office.
Main hall
The main hall can be rented outside the office hours (16-06) and on weekends. The price is 5€ / hour for organizations from the campus, 10 € / hour for others. By request, you can have a coffemaker, water heater and a microwave in the hall. There are 2 refridgerators free for use.
Kitchen
The kitchen can only be rented together with the main hall. Prices are 15€/h for campus organizations, 25/h for others.
Cancelling reservations
Reservations must be cancelled 5 days before the event takes place.
Payment
I cash to the SU office.
A cleaning fee of 100 € is charged if the the premises is not properly cleaned after usage.
