Here are just a few picks of the services that US provides to its members

Apartments
You can get help from the SU for acquiring an apartment or subletting your apartment for the summer.   In the autumn time SU provides emergency housing for the needy.

Board games
At Lukema you can rent board games to pay at home for a nominal fee.   Bunches of games in Finnish, some even in English!

Band room
The band room is located in the Studentia bomb-shelter.  The turns to band room usage are dealt in the beginning of each semester.  More information from the Secretary of Sports and Culture.

Sports facilities
Studentia sporting facilities (the grand hall and gym) are free to use for students on work days from 8:00 to 18:00.  Student organisations have their own turns, and vacant turns are free to use for everyone.  Courses range from badminton to dance to ultimate.  More info from the sports announcement board at Studentia and the SU office.

Concert, theater and movie tickets
Student tickets are available to some shows at the city threater, concerts at the music centre and band nights of some restaurants.  The events are announced through KISA mailing list in Monday Mail.

Stuff to loan
There are bunches of different sporting equipment you can rent (footballs, basket balls, Finnish baseball equipment etc). Ask at the SU office!
